I did manage to get all the windsheild, drip rail, and hatch moldings, suprising enough they were in stock. Only parts that I remember that I needed that were disc. were the spoiler pads and the timing belt, it didnt even show a good number in our EPC anymore.

I just ordered and got a timing belt, the tensioner spring and the idler pulley. And it was a local dealer that doesn't stock anything. They did order it out, but that is ok. You should be able to get a timing belt.

13568-49015 is the number on the timing belt package. Jeff Lange can double check that number is still good, but I dont know why it wouldn't be.

My shadow gray leather is only a little darker than the cloth velour seats shown. The rear hatch cloth is actually a dark gray. I ordered and got the coin holder with the lid in front of the center console/armrest. So you can still get that piece. Or at least Champion had it. Also, if you order a new radiator, it might not be like the old. My new unit is new cafe compliant Toyota style, aluminum and plastic.

91-92 Shadow Grey cloth is as pictured.
91 Shadow Grey leather is grey.
92 Shadow Grey leather is black.

What was the part number on the radiator you received? Toyota recently introduced a second line of radiators at a cheaper price, that are typically made in Taiwan (IIRC). You can still get the original ones, but they are more expensive. Just curious what they actually sent you.

Pre-89 spiler pads obsolete.
89+ spoiler pads still available, not specific lengths anymore, changes up to ones you need to cut.
Timing belt still available, at least to me, show stock in Canada & USA.

It is in the build luxocruiser thread. I can believe Taiwan, it looks like something that came in 99 and new Toyotas like the Celica's and such. Meaning aluminum and plastic.

Nope, that is the original made-in-Japan part number for 90-92 A/T 7M-GTE radiators, strange.

I believe the original end-tanks were plastic, but it's interesting it has an aluminum core without changing the part number.

It is likely a Japan-made part though. I didn't think Toyota made the Taiwan ones for the Supra, as they typically have a 16410-YZZ## part number and were only introduced for more common applications.

They made a production change and didn't change numbers. Just like Toyota to be difficult about something like this. I will look at the box and see if it has manufacturing on the label for refrence. I never tapped the top of it. It sure is plastic. And the new one says "MADE IN CHINA" on the part label. I guess I shouldn't be suprsied. The old one says Nippondenso. Well, actually it has the ND logo and their part number.

The stamped ND number has an update. My original, and this radiator looked 19 years old, had a number of 422170-0840. The new ND number is 422170-0842, with the only difference being the aluminum core. It must have been on my build thread where I said it took a while to get the right one. If you look 90-92, a radiator that fits correctly for automatic transmissions comes up. But it isn't right, it doesn't have the threaded holes for the auxuliary fans.

First is the old radiator upside down. Second is the new one. Third is the label.

It should show a supersession to 13568-49015, it likely would show that on "DealerDaily" (I think that's what it's called in the US), but I am not familiar with your system. Also before the introduction of the newer format EPC, they used to have Mfg change-up information right in the EPC, after the update it was removed and they rely on quicker updates from Toyota USA/Toyota Canada, but if an older part isn't in there, there's no new part number information anymore, so even if a part is readily available, it is hard to know that without looking into it further.

This is why I kept the old microfiche, and 2 versions of the older EPC installed so I can get all the information I can.

Champion (which by the way is TERRIBLE now since Jeff W. retired) told me the clips for the 89+ door moldings are no longer available after sending me a part that in no way resembles the correct one.

perhaps I'm late on this, but I was told one could still order the clips.. now, it's on to 3m tape or something I suppose.

Well since we are on the topic of looking for old parts, I also need the clips for the inside handles. Mine snapped off since the doors seem to weigh as much as one of my M1 tanks. Also in DIRE need of the lower section of the speedo cable. The part that screws into the tranny. I don't know if any of this next info will help but here is what I have.

88 GT Limited
RHD
Manual
Turbo
Digidash

If the only way to get this part that I need is to order the entire length from the tranny, to the dash, then so be it.

Which clip on the door handle? Pull grip or the actual "open the door" handle? The handle to rod, or what?

83710-14800 is the part number for your lower speedo cable, stock is plentiful.

Yeah we use DealerDaily but it just comes up as a disc part for me, no updated number. But the type the newer number in and it actually shows the old number in supersetions.
