I've had zero problems with my 4-piston wilwoods. Even when I had a ton of air in my system, I didn't need to pump the pedal before the power would come on. Start with the MC test and go from there.

have a look through the aeroquip catalog...I know they have a pretty good selection of AC hoses and fittings, though you'd still need to adapt them to fit our wacky hose ends... as for pre-made, I can't help you there.

have you re-grounded your igniter? how old are your coils? plug wires in good shape? engine grounds good? these would be some good places to start.

Took the car for another drive last night. the idle seems to have richened up - looks like I had to give the ECU some learning time. adjusted the TPS down to 0.4 mm, and the bucking problem improved, though its not completely gone...I'm going to try 0.3 mm and see how things go. Broke in...
