ohh. buy a compression tester and see what readings you get.
and check the oil on the dipstick see if it has got any water droplets in it
and check the oil filler cap for emulsified oil
and look in the expansion tank see whats in there.
dont run the engine anymore apart from flicking...
um how much water is there in the cooling system? you need to have it full. yours has probably got some major damage if you have been running it into the red zone. if i understand your post then a bhg would probably be the least of your worries

Can anyone tell me why the cicuit board in the picture on page one is completely different to the 2 modules i have? Is the one pictured from a later car with the all in 1 rear lights? i can provide a picture if you guys want to compare
ok i read it again. you really should try a compresion check first. then try again with a few drops of regular motor oil and if that raises compresion it indicates bad rings.
thats if the engine turns by hand with no plugs in
i had a thump sort of noise on mine from the back. only on bumpy roads. it obviously was the shocks. just before i got them swapped over for new units one of them burst lol. oil everywhere haha

I think its fixed. A friend who is a breakdown patrol type worker called over and had a look for me. it was as we thought. split rubber fuel pipe.
trouble is the fuel has all leaked out now so i gotta go buy some fresh fuel tomorrow and see what happens
