yeah, the master cylinder is old. But the slave looks brand new. so i dunno. i doubt they were unable to bleed it. it will probably be leaking slowly from the master seals some where. I take it the pedal adjustment is on the top of the pedal itself? ill check the tsrm anyway

haha. i hadnt even started it then. i had a bottle of pop (soda to u guys i think) and my bleed bottle was the same type of bottle. i didnt look properly and well guess what i did.

ok. i just wondered if the technique was different

just to confirm the bleed procedure. its not clear to me in the tsrm. is it 1) open bleed nipple, clutch down. then hold it, close bleed nipple. clutch up. open nipple, clutch down etc etc till the air is out or 2) open bleed nipple, clutch down, clutch up, clutch down till no more air...

ahhhhhh now i know why i couldnt see it on your guys pics. on a uk car its rhd so the pedals go from the right hand side to the left accelerater, brake, clutch. so clutch is closest to the transmition tunnel. i never realised that lhd cars were the same way. i thought they would be opposite...

he has bought some fluid to top the resrvoir up. he said its all empty. im guessing itll need bleeding through now. if its leaking though do you guys think it will show up before its bled through?
