You'll be fine.

Uh oh! Sounds like someone is looking at TSW's! 18x8 f will rub both the inner fender liner, and the wheel well edge, unless you roll the fenders! I had that same setup on my car, and currently have 17x8's that have a 20mm offset via a 15mm spacer. They were rubbing badly over any sustained compression at freeway speeds. Had the fenders rolled, problem gone!

Looks like this thread is going alone nicely. I haven't been on here much with school and work but it seems like a few of you are keeping this a live very well.

Hello All,

Looking @ 2 different set ups:

1) 18x9 +30 offset front w/ 18x9 or 10 with +20 offset rears

2) 18x9 +30 offset allround with maybe a spacer in rear.

Will this work and what tire sizes do you guys recommend.

Thank you,
Jim

Sure they would all fit.. But it it is all up to the tire size you want to run as Sawbladz is basically saying.

Thats my problem (next to drinking) i'm not sure what tire size to run. I'm looking for something that won't rub badly in the front and in rear.

Thank you,
Jim

With a 9 or 10 +20 you will only be able to fit maybe a 245 in the rear my guess is less without extensive rolling. If you go with the +30 in the rear I think you can go up to a 265 or 275 in the rear.

Thank you for the help, I appreciate it.

If i go with a 18x9 +30 in the front what tire size would you reccomend?

I would say 255.

EDIT: Just to add to this. Upgrading to an 18x9 with this size of tire will drastically affect your braking performance on stock brakes in a bad way. This combo will be heavier than what it came with stock and the stock sized rotor and caliper will have trouble keeping up. They will fade faster and stop longer. Keep this in mind when considering wheels.

18x8.5 with a 32mm offset in the front and 18x9.5 with a 35mm offset in the rear,

Which tire sizes can i run without rolling the fenders?

i was thinking off 245/40 up front and 275/40 out back

ps im on eibach springs

Judging by your sig that your car is lowered fairly well I really dont think 18x9.5s would fit up front without having some kind of rubbing issues. 8.5s would fit nice with a 245/40 tire.
