. I had to go and spend all my $$ on new tires for my bronco, so I can sell it. Then the rebuild begins
I have electrical tsrm's for early and late mk3 Supra, mk4 Supra, 3rd and 4th gen Cressida, and 89-95 truck/4runner. I still use the online tsrm most of the time.

I wouldn't call using the online tsrm stealing, I would call it a shame that Toyota makes it so hard to get information to fix their older vehicles. They would probably sell more factory parts if you could go into a dealership and easily obtain repair information.

Hey Guys, sorry I haven't gotten those pics out yet. It's been a bit of an odd week. Anyway, I hope to get them taken and sent out tonight, so keep your eyes open.
OK! Pics have been taken, but need a little cleaning up before i can send them out. Look for them tonight!

I can take some pictures of parts as they go back on my car, but probably won't - there aren't enough people helping out and I'm not going to waste my time doing it myself.
All site navigation (save for engine bay image maps) and page templates are built - I'm not spending any more time until I get a good amount of content coming my way. So far I have NOTHING.
It was a good idea - would have been helpful to some people. But I don't know if anybody actually realized it was going to take time. For my part, I tried to make it easy - just do a write up and pictures and send them to me. I was willing to put everything together (proofreading, corrections, photoediting, web design and programming).
At least the templates won't go to waste - I am building a similar site for my other forum.

I'm afraid the ohld-up has been my fault. I've been out of town for a while and wasn't able get the pics sent out before I left. I am back now though, got back this evening, and hope to get everything I've got sent out tomorrow as I've got the day off.

This was supposed to be a group effort. If you ever get a chance to send the stuff my way, I'll post up a sample of what the site will look like. Maybe people can get a little more enthused.
Hello all, I figure I can grab some pics if needed, but my car is something of an oddball. It's a 1990 N/A Auto swapped with an 88 7M-GTE/R154, will it be okay to use or do you think it's too far from stock?
Well, a couple people seemed to be really gung-ho about this early on.
I am still willing to assemble the site if content ever gets to me, but it really doesn't look that is EVER going to happen.
I think the issue is that the people who would be taking the pictures clearly do not have use for this guide.
I mean, I could have taken a bunch of pictures of my build, but I didn't really want to slow down to take them. The TSRM is really more than sufficient.
My motivation for spending the time would be to consolidate/organize some of the information that is spread across SM threads.
There probably are enough pictures floating around to make a rough illustrated guide, but I don't have the time or inclination to go find them.

14 Pages later, nothing. Guys I do not have any good pictures AT ALL for this dictionary but I will make it my business this weekend to get some. My car is "resting" for the winter with a BHG but I will go and take some close up shots of the engine, underneath any I can get. and the interior, body etc. although Im sure its just for the engine right now.
Let's keep this going, I don't blame any one individual but anyone who even looked at this thread knows they want this and they let the community down and themselves :3d_frown:

I sent a few emails with zipped up pics to someone.... if none of the shots were good enough or they didn't cover the right things then you need to be more specific about what qualifies and what doesn't. You're not helping by telling people to give you "anything", you're just going to end up with 1002 shots of sawblades and alternator pulleys.

Since dugums hasn't seen this, I'll pm him and let him know interest is stirring up again and that he has to post what pictures he has and what more he will need.
The last I remember was him asking for anything vowing to sort through it all but you're right CRE, he's going to have tot be a little more specific at this point.
You guys can find what you have in thte meanwhile and put it together. Hopefully this thread becomes something as we hoped.
