If you haven't goten the flywheel resurfaced yet, make sure that they back-cut it when they do. There is suppose to be a bit of a step between the contact surface and the cover plate mounting surface. If they just cut down the contact surface to smooth it, you'll have weaker contact, and clutch slippage.

WOW almost a year since i updated this.
Iv been working almost non-stop with the army for the last year and even as i type im in the field doing work up training for aghanistan BUT good news while i was gone i got a friend of mine to work on the car for me while i was away hes installed the tranny, got it running but it needs a few parts

Power steering hose its been a while since i looked but i think bigoron has a kit for sale

gear shifter this one im pretty sure is still chilling in my room I have to check that one when i go home for leave

the little oval shaped cover plate ontop of the intake y pipe this one i have no idea about but prob just get one from toyota

now the big one i have the exhast manifold (don i havent forgoten the 70 i owe you) but nothing from there. im going to go look and see whats in the buy and sell thread right after this but if someone has something they wanna get rid of shoot me a pm

if every thing goes well it should be up and running by the time im outta the field and home for 4 days in abou 3 weeks or so.

woot got it running yesterday it refused to idle so i looked at the timing it was off my 3 teeth on both intake and exhast. replaced 2 warn out spark plugs wires and realined the distibuter properly and she fired right up :D just gotta find an exhast and do some fine tuning and it will be good to go

would it not be smart for me to completly get rid of my A/C, relocate me alternator and put in a FFIM?

well Iv been looking at what i Need to do the Na-t and noticed a how much cleaner the ffim looks so i started thinking hmm ok well what would i need to do to make one fit and saw one desin that removed the A/c and replaced it with the altanator and considiring i had already disconected my a/c accidentally i figured for a bit more i could just remove it replace it with the altanator and put in a ffim
