Goal was to have it running by next weekend but looks like that might be a stretch! Work an 8-5 then work 6-12 on my stuff! But the list is pretty long:

Here is my weeks layout:
Monday:
Engine bay:
Install all hoses
Fuel:
Wire in 550 clips
Run fuel pressure gauge wiring in the bay
Mount fuel pressure regulator and run lines
FFIM:
Build base plate
Cut out sheet to start housing
Machine Flanges
Tuesday:
FFIM:
Continue building, more machining and test fitting
Exhaust:
Install Divorced DP
Install wideband and wiring
Gauges:
Run Oil pressure wiring
Cooling:
Install radiator, fan and hoses
Wednesday:
FFIM:
Continue building...
IC piping:
Build turbo to IC piping
Build flange for BOV
PCV:
Modify lines
Thursday:
Go on lift
Exhaust:
Build full exhaust
Install Driveshaft
Fill tranny with MT-90 and install shifter
Install fuel pump
Friday:
Going to Summit piont to practice
Saturday:
Racing in the 12Hrs of Summit Point in one of our shops Porsche's

So basically it will be running in two weekends!

Well didn't get as much done tonight as I would like but making progress!

Got the fuel plumming in the engine bay done and regulator mounted on fire wall. The startlight lines look quite good! Also rerouted the harness below the manifold. Have to wire in injectors tomorrow and extend a few wires but no biggie. Also ran my oil temp sensor wire and my buddy mocked up my A-pillar pod, color is off a bit but still looks good! Also mocked up my other two gauges but Pro-Sport messed up my pods and gave me one 60mm and one 52mm so have to call them tomorrow to get another 52mm on the way. Didn't do any wiring on the gauges yet just mock up to find where I like them!
Also mounted the DP, tucks up quite nicely underneath luckily no more modding to make it fit!

Tucked nicely, right between the frame rails!

Did a bit in the shop, decided to go with a FFIM I had lying around. I will be making a new design down the road but this is a better design to DD anyways! I also relocated the relay box and put in a Porsche 944 battery!

Here are some pics:

Tomorrow I have to pick up a bit of loom to replace on my harness then it goes in! Also mounted by two gauges on the pass side of the dash but forgot a picture. Will take some tomorrow as well!

Thanks!:naughty:

Well got a good bit done in the past two days. Finished the IC piping and mated my 3.25" TB to the manifold. Mounted the stock TPS on the TB, ran custom TB cable. Still waiting for my 2.5" to 3.25" coupler and TB clamp but should be here end of the week! Reloomed the engine harness, mounted all my gauges(still have to wire in) But here are some pics:

Car looks amazing and the work you do is the best ive seen in a while

Wanna do this all on my Mkii hahaha
jk

But amazing dude how much for your old ct setup when u upgrade?
if your gunna get rid of it

Well thank you! Well not sure what I am going to be looking for out of it. Basically depends on the shape it is in when I remove it. It has zero shaft play now but I am going to run it for the summer so I will see then!

Well some updates:
Have two sensor plugs to finish wiring on, just extending the TPS and CSI harnesses. I hate wiring!! But machined the top alt bracket to let the wiring fit better. It is very clean the way I am running it with minimal wiring exposed! Tonight I am using the lift to work the underside. Exhaust, driveshaft, all sensors and hoses done easiest from underside.

Will have pics tomorrow or late tonight!

Thanks for looking,
Seth

Will write more tomorrow but all I can say for now is FUCK OBX!!

I repeat FUCK OBX! I was planning to use one of their aeromotive replica AFPR's which I figured how can they mess that up, a spring bolt, and a diaphram! Wrong they did. The diaphram leaked like the Exon Valdez and was pumping 40psi fuel back thru the vac line into the #5 and 6 cylinders. Car only can for less then one minute over a few attempts before I realized that this was my problem. But long story short they say I have to ship them the diaphram then they will send it overseas to the factory then they will inspect it then send a new one back to OBX who will send it to me! He said minimum 2 weeks! I said why can't you just send me a diaphram, even offered to pay overnight shipping, and we said no thats not how do it. So he was willing to lose a customer, get a bad review, and lose future customers over a $10 part. UNREAL! Needless to say ordered an Aeromotive today 2nd Day Air from Summit so will have it running this weekend!

Praying it did not hurt the motor tho!

Pic of the diaphram which I sent them to show the deterioration an tears:

Thanks for looking, more to come tomorrow but to tired tonight!
