I think I'm going to call around tomorrow to see if any of them have the hose and gasket in stock.
What about the throttle body?

kwnate said:Kyle, look locally first for hoses, Champion toyota will give you a better price but you wont see the hoses for over a week. I'd lend you a hand but my stupid brother thought it would be a good idea to get married this weekend :3d_frown:

Yes.Jaguar_5 said:The head is being decked, right?
Be meticulous about cleaning off the gasket material off the block (but careful not to scratch it!), and be even more meticulous about ensure it stays out of the engine!
DONT FORGET AN OIL CHANGE!
Alright.Jaguar_5 said:get a gasket scraper, and be careful not to make any scratches with the blade
One of those green scotch-brite pads would work well for the rest, and if you can go to a napa and get the napa brand spray gasket remover, that stuff works awesome! Definitely better than just brake cleaner if you can get the hold of it, and let it soak in
iiiiiiight.Jaguar_5 said:Probably about $5...
Oh Btw, Kyle, I told you so ::bhg::
