Thats a good idea, I'll give it a shot after I soak it in some penetrating lubricant :)

Thanks Jdub, your approval means alot to me :D

Does anyone happen to know the thread pitch for the oil cooler to pan drain tube? I need to block it off, using a NA pan is no longer an option obviously

I just put in my order for some of the last components needed to get things running :)

Taillight gaskets,
PS hose locking Washer
TB Gasket
1 lugnut (lol)
oil drain hole gasket
diff drain/fill gaskets (incase I need it in the future, I already did the diff oil and reused the old gaskets, no leaks yet! Already have the gaskets for the transmission)
Trans fill bolt
Trans drain bolt
1 shifter screw that Kyle pointed out (even though I already knew)
All the heater hoses and clamps, and 1 crank vent hose clamp
2 fuel hose gaskets
The fusible links and fuses I'm missing

All those from toyota, plus a few items from Tubbie :D

So after extensive searching, I found a solution for the drain hole in the side of the pan, 2002 Prius oil drain plug :)

So I took all the oil hoses back off, cleaned them out (turns out they were already clean) they are all back on and tightened

Mocked up all my IC pipes, marked a spot right above the valve covers for the AIT sensor, starting to second guess it though... worried about heat soak...

And I can't bleed my clutch, the pedal just drops to the floor... sounds like I need a new master cylinder :(

lol yes I put fluid in, and no I'm not using a power bleeder, just the old fashioned way, I can't get any fluid to start moving even...

Today I got random things done here and there, mostly I worked on my gauges and they are basically complete! Just need to mount and connect the boost sensor (which will involve extending the harness, I've already extended every gauges sensor and power harness)

Also got all of my heater hoses installed, and some other things I'm forgetting.

I've been updating my todo list on post 409

Thats the best I could get in the dark, the gauges look great, white during the day, amber at night :)

A few more updates to my todo list, having a bit of an issue with one of my prosport gauges, which isn't allowing me to daisy chain it to the other gauges... I contacted them and will hopefully get a replacement

And I found out my electric drivers seat won't move backwards... only forwards... so I'll have to look into that

Practically done with all my electrical wiring, the ECU and MAFT are all plugged in and in place

And these are my interface cables for the MAFT and LC1, they will be hidden somewhere

So I've been having problems on my daily driver, i found out the TPS is garbage, my spark plug valley was filled with oil, and the bolt to my distributor almost fell out. After shop-vaccing out all the oil, changing plugs, and diagnosing my TPS, it was too bright to set the timing and I couldn't see the light at all but it WAS running just fine. I waited until later, got a car cover above everything to block light, and then the car wouldn't start!

I set the crank to TDC and was going to reset timing, well as I pulled the distributor out... it was missing the gear.

Has anyone ever seen a distributor gear shear off like this? I gotta get some carnage pics...

This means less time to work on the real project :(

I should however get my clutch master and slave, but won't have time until sunday probably to do any work.

And don't forget I can sneak updates past you guys when I edit my todo list! Post 409, You can also check my first post for a link :)

Seat is fixed and reinstalled

Downpipe is in place with 1 random nut I found, need to order new hw from toyota along with a few other pieces

MAP sensor mounted

Boost sensor mounted

New clutch and slave cylinders from Driftmotion have been installed and bled

And I worked on tidying up various things inside, bolted the throttle up, finished installing the outer shift (not the one in the center console)...

New clutch master, MAP, and boost sensor:

Work has begun on getting the hatch area stripped and painted, as well as the hood

I don't have that much paint left from when I did my engine bay, so I'm hoping to have enough to paint all the visible hatch sills, and the hood. The other areas, such as the taillight area and spare wheel well and the surrounding floor pan with Por-15, since they aren't visible areas

None of the sanding is done yet!!!

The left portion hasn't been touched yet, shows what I'm starting with, there's still a lot of sanding left on all parts

Ugh all this sanding sucks, still alot of work left before the parts are all prepped...

I took a break from that today and worked on some other things

My vacuum hoses are all done, my TPS is adjusted and the TB is installed... minus the long bolt which I still need to find / replace.

Removed the stock fuel pump relay and resistor.

Installed my IAT sensor into my "3000" pipe which I got back from ETS today:

It looks like I won't have to pull anything other than the coilpack to get to my spark plugs :) And maybe the linkage...

And I played with Tuner Pro a bit

The engines not even running yet and I'm already hitting 0.3 psi of boost :biglaugh:

I also did some other small things here and there that I forgot, such as installing my new CPS cover...

I was originally hoping to have it running by the end of this month, but I have a feeling the paint job will push me back abit further...

There is way too much shit going on in my life right now, end of the month, looking less likely each day.

I think I destroyed my hood, I started with too low of a grit, and while it was nice grinding out the rust and stripping most of the hood quickly, I'm not really able to cut through the scratches with 100 grit... It feels silky smooth, I can't feel any scratches with my nails, I plan to just keep working my way up the grits, talk to my paint store about a good primer (which I wasn't even originally planning on using) and just hope for the best.

If it looks like crap, well, then I'll deal with it when I paint the rest of the car! This is just for rust prevention as far as I'm concerned... I should have gotten a before pic, it was awful.

And I'm having some clearance issues with my Bic DDP :( :

This is not allowing the DP to be fully flush with the turbo, so I guess I have to grind into my trans mount
