Damn Nate, once you finish selling those parts in your signature, you might even be ahead of the game!!!

I bought the car in '97 for $8000 and my wife drove it for 4 years as her daily driver with maybe $500 in maintenance, it was an extremely dependable car.

Since I took it over I have only put about $12,500 into it, however, I worked alot of trades for parts and also built alot of parts myself. I also painted it myself which saved a ton of $$$...................

So I guess the moral of my story is that I won't have to be burried in mine, huh Jay?

I think adding it all up, I'm in for around 16 thousand.... not that bad, I guess. Considering some people are in for around 8-10k range, I'm actually feeling pretty good about 16, but now that I think about it while I'm writing, it may be closer to 17k.... I need to stop thinking.:icon_conf

Haha.. My father called me one day and told me to go to the auto trader online, He found it. The last line in the add said "Will trade for Conversion Van"

He liked my van and we did the trade. :)

Lets see, I bought her about 6 months ago, and including sale price, I've got about $6k into her... that's not too bad I guess, $1k / month, including major repairs.

Don't want to think about it, but I bet I have around $10K plus or so of parts for my car and I have not even started rebuilding it yet. Plus I bet there will be more money put into parts very soon:nono:

.....$800 so far(including the car), only mods are intake and filter, its N/A. HOWEVER is not running right now because im waiting for the winter time to pass. May be mine numbers are low because i am 17 and not a lot of money for major mods. And i have bought her since August.
