Wiring on the dizzy. There shielded wires and they may be getting noise from other powers. Or pickups in dizzy. I'm going to try another harness and build it for my car. So no more diagnostics block and the transmission wires for abs. Also thinking about cop too. Not sure what I need

had to dog the supra today. clutch kicked second and left 2 black marks down the road. it got really sideways :) wish i had go pro on. i feel bad for my r154 though... i was WOT in first then it started misfiring so i grabbed for second and it sounded like gears getting fucked and i clutch kicked it and she was sideways rolling white smoke. quite a scene..

the dyno chart is out by 250rpms, the pull really started at 2k and my rev limiter is 6500rpm. no sure why it is out but here is my final dyno

Is this with your ignition still breaking up?

You also need to change your sig, your RWTQ is 345, not 445.

I plan on going 2jzge-T but I have a VVTI motor, could you post or PM me a list of what parts you have gotten so I can get a better idea of what to do with this swap?

ignition is no longer breaking up but i had to sacrifice power :( so now to cop and 264 cams 1mm over valves and porting. i will get that torque back muhahahah!

@Doat- 1jz bell for r154,1jz to r154 flywheel,clutch kit for your power goals unless going automatic then i cant help you, if your keeping a/c then the manifold on you pump needs swapped with the 7m ac pump,maxima p/s pressure line, and wire it all up,the motor mount brakets from dm.com. then the rest is little bits from auto parts store like hose and clamps,fluids. and if you go ffim then thats a whole nother can-o-worms.

Thanks man. It doesn't sound difficult once I can get an idea of what parts I need but in my mind I am always thinking it CANNOT be that damn easy and I know it won't be lol. Some little thing will happen during the process and such and I also plan on replacing the pistons and rods maybe with GTEs and get a GTE head gasket but since I'll have the motor apart I will probably send the head and block to the machine shop to get them decked and get the works for the valve train. I also plan on getting a brand new 2jz harness built for an MK3 from Tweak'd Performance instead of using my old harness and the 2jzge harness and a ProEFI EMS. I will probably keep the stock intake manifold to make it easier on me but maybe down the line I will get an FFIM to make it look better and make better use of the intercooler also make life easier replacing the spark plugs lol.

lol then get a camry throttle cable or 4runner throttle cable for ffim. i used a 4runner and its kinda long but the design of the ffim will decide this.

@everyone else.... called the dyno shop to confirm the results of 445ftlbs and it was not correct. the 345ftlb chart is the real deal. i feel like a fool but its nothing cams and bigger compressor cant sort out

:( i want to make the 2jz to do 7m torque lol im thinking cams and larger compressor but im pretty sure this is flow=hp. longer runner,longer stroke=torque.

Here is the new wish list-
-274 cams,either ge cams welded and cut or retrofit gte cams in and add bung for cam sensor, and go to tt oil pump and wiring
-maybe larger valves?
-better valve springs
-tt cop or other method, still researching
-larger compressor wheel

ultimate goal is quick spool while keeping a wide power band.
