Well I got the 400lph in the supra
Soldered the RC clips on and
attached the Nissan tps to 2jzge harness
Done the 12v fuel mod

Homemade pressure tester

Pressure tested the system. It leaks at a crack in the Bov and the weld on the elbow of turbo. I guess some jb weld will do for the leaks ?

looks like some leaking around the snap ring on the bov as well. As far as the elbow goes, I would take it to an exhaust shop and have them put a spot weld where it is leaking. For the tps area, put a new gasket on there or use some FIPG and you'll be set.

I'm thinking job weld out of pure laziness on the crack on Bov and pin hole on turbo

I dont see Indigo's comment here now, but he mentioned having the walbro 400 like you, but i had assumed that you hadnt had the chance to run yours yet. I think i'm pretty much sold on either the Deatschwerks 301 or the Aeromotive stealth, myself.

building a kit, yep. hx35 12cm2 non waste gate housing using the t4 DM manifold with a PD Motorsport adapter and a hks 50mm external waste gate. hoping for 450 rwhp on a low lag setup.

Same here, my manifold is divided as well as the t4 to t3 adapter and the turbine housing.

Same on the adapter. I bought the adapter off eBay tho. The riser is the only thing I made.

damn right. i cant get it to idle. pumping the gas is all i can do to keep it running. wonder if its a tooth off. how do i check it?

I've had that problem with my 7M, I would start from the bottom and check everything that deals with timing, check the cam gears, crank, and CPS and such.
