Hey guys im wanting to fit some rota grid 17x8 I need to know the off set I should use I don't wanna role the fenders or anything I just want them pretty much stock offset or a little more to the outside

when you put a front mount on a mkiii theirs like support bar that goes right in front of it. i have seen where someone cut the middle section out of the support bar or completely took it off is this safe or is this something you shouldn't do bc you cant even really see a bad ass front mount...
