ok so i have a problem again, my motor runs fine everything is hooked up n on no leaks, no probs, i rev the motor n the turbo starts to spool up n it shuts down or off, i let off the gas n it revs back down, its only gettin 9lbs of boost max before it shuts off, anyone know anything bout that???

thankd for the help, ill try that out n do some diffrent stuff for all the lines, but as was stated in the first reply about it being under the hood! lol its not there or in my book thats whay i was askin, but thanks for the help

So is there a diagram for all the vacume lines for the 7mgte, stock parts n then after market parts?

i had the same problem with my 87, i finally just said enought of the key start so i went up under the starter found the lead wire from the harness cut that sucker n put it on a push button switch, now it starts every time with out a problem, most of everything else in my car is on a switch or...

hey i did try that same thing on my 7mgte, there are 3 wires and none of them hook up the a/f gauge, i think u have to get an aftermarket wideband eugo and weld it onto the 90* elbow or in the exhaust some where

yea the no gas is my bad lol and i have a bad TPS switch anyway as far as the cams go i had special cams made for longer duration of opening so i had to set my cams just a little off tsrm, but how else do you fix a car and make it faster with out everyone lookin at me funny lol but its all good...

i had the same over heating problem for the longest time, i had put on an after market water cooler and mounted it to the back of the radiator and it still over heated till i put a 12" electick fan on it and it hasnt over heated yet

ummm the security light only comes on after i lock the car up, and my codes i got from 2 books are 12-42-51, wich are cam sencor pulse, rpm signal and ac switch, i dont have the ac in anymore so that code doesnt mean much, the rpm signal would explain why when drive it up the road the speedo...

im haveing the same problem right now,my car will idle great drive down the road but as soon as i hit the gas and the turbo pushes the motor dies, its like for some rreason it doesnt wanna go , i keep hearing its a boost leak , but my car is funny the stock boost gauge in the dash jumps to +8lbs...

cumberland has good parts for mk2 and mk3, i have a clutch kit from them, its been pretty good when i swaped the parts out of my 83 into my 82

well today i plan to pull the coil pack plugs and wires out and check umm for electrical defaults, maybe its just something so small that i wont have to pay out the ass for new parts if i can figure it out, everyones been a big help so far keepin me in check for things i need to check n recheck...
