I'm in Beaverton now. The repair shop is supposed to call some time this afternoon. I still haven't seen the car in person yet, I'll take pictures when I do. I'm pretty sure her insurance doesn't cover this...
The ticket was for careless driving, which is better than reckless.

All I can see this doing is making it harder to compare the fuel mileage of new cars (2008+) to older cars.
Car is in Beaverton. I'll be in Corvallis (90 miles away) for about the next three months, then I don't know where I'll be living for the next six months. Kim will be living in Corvallis for five to six months, then will be in Beaverton for the summer. I don't think it'd work out to leave the...
It's a 1987 Toyota Supra hardtop, non-turbo, 5-speed with almost 204k miles. K&N intake, struts/springs, and CD player. I'm guessing I might get about $2-3k for it fixed up...
Lynn is the name of the Supra. My fiancee's name is Kim. Sorry for the confusing title.
A car is just a car. She's just as attached to it as I am. We've both put a lot of time and work into it. Mostly I'm trying to keep her from being too hard on herself.
Thanks Jeff. It can...
Okay, I got some more details. She was going onto highway 26 from highway 217 and it was wet out. It was two lanes on a corner and she was in the left lane. There was a car in front of her going really slow so she moved to the right lane to go around it. Then another car came up real quick...
It sounded like she had to suddenly slam on the brakes and lost control and hit a concrete barrier. And then she hit a car after that, I believe.
She says she's fine.
I just got a call from my fiancee. She just got in an accident in our Supra. I don't know all the details or the extent of the damage yet. *sigh*
Anyway, I'll update again when I have more details.
Details in post #10.

I picked the the fourth option :icon_razz . Mostly because the other three didn't really fit. The option that I would have picked would have been just plain "yes", as my plans weren't that great. I ended up going to Olive Garden with my fiancee and then we had some sparkling cider at midnight.
New Year's Eve I'm going out with my fiancee for dinner and then I guess we'll stay up till midnight. On New Year's Day I think we're going to go to a miniature golf course.
If you're trying to overclock to 200MHz, then you would want PC3200. Also, I want to reiterate that you should test your memory with Memtest86 every time you change your overclock or change what memory sticks you have. If you're getting close to the point where your computer won't boot then it...
Sometimes running two stick of unmatched DIMMs can keep you from reaching the advertised CAS latencies.
What's your front side bus (FSB) overclocked to? PC 3200 isn't going to help unless you're actually running a 200 MHz FSB. Latency is much more important. However, spending extra money on...
Depends on your web browser. In Firefox 2.0 you go: Tools -> Options... -> Content -> Enable JavaScript. Other browsers should be similar. I highly recommend using Firefox though.
