The kit I got was $50 and you didn't add it to your coolant, just let air from your coolant system get into a test chamber with the dye stuff. Dunno about just adding the dye to the coolant.

Don't worry about it. My '87 had 204k on the odometer when it crashed. The head gasket never gave me problems, despite enduring overheating (bad thermostat), hard driving, and never having the head retorqued (as far as I know). It was a non-turbo though. I'm not positive on my current setup...

You know there's a pretty common illegal Windows XP Pro ISO floating around. I'd recommend just picking up a legal academic version or going with something that is legally free before that, but that is probably easier to work with than what you're doing.

I do. Or mostly do. I haven't used it since my last class that had it. (Linear Algebra II) It's definitely useful when you're dealing with multiple equations. Yes Doward, you'll see it in DiffEQs. I liked my differential equations class, but then I had a really cool prof. :)

I'm planning on getting a new computer desk setup when I move to Arizona in January, and I'm not sure what I like yet. I want space for three large LCD monitors, my receiver, CDs, and other miscellaneous things. I'm thinking maybe a U, L, or corner desk would be good. Anyway, post pictures...
