Specifically, the TSRM (1991) says 4.3 psi of oil pressure or more at idle and 36-71 psi at 3000rpm. Of course you should not assume the stock oil pressure gauge will necessarily be accurate.

I never would have thought to check lug nuts either. I'll have to keep that in mind next time someone else touches my wheels. Usually I have the opposite problem where the shop over-torques the lug nuts...
