    Dashboard (safety pad) removal

I've been using my breaker bar to loosen a bunch of the 12mm ones. It looks like there's a couple bigger ones around the steering column though that might be hard to reach. Also, the far one on the bottom on the driver's side wall looks like it might be tricky. I dunno. I'm done for today...

    Dashboard (safety pad) removal

I guess I do have another question. I assume I have to take out the support bar thing that goes all the way across the car in order to get to the heater core. Is there any trick to it? Some of the bolts look hard to reach.

    Dashboard (safety pad) removal

Cool. Good luck with the computer problems. I was looking for that when I started because I remember about it, but couldn't find it... I found out what that group of wires was. It was the connections for the power mirrors and stuff in the center console. And there was the ground...

    Dashboard (safety pad) removal

I don't have a wideband installed. I wonder if it goes to my aftermarket alarm system... I have to get to work right now, but I'll look at it again when I get home. If/when you post a tech tip thread could you link to it here? Thanks so much for your help. :) I haven't been working on...

    Dashboard (safety pad) removal

Thanks for the help guys. I've managed to get almost all the electrical connections undone. The ones on the driver's side were a pain. Also, some of the electricals have been messed with and I had to snip a few wires... However, just when I thought the dash was out I found one last group...

    Dashboard (safety pad) removal

Edit: I have got over this hurdle now, but found one last group of wires. See post #10. Edit 2: I figured out the last group of wires (see post #17). No more issues that I can see right now, though I'll probably run into something again after I get a bit further. Edit 3: Another question in...

    1UZ Supra swap

That's a nice smooth looking power curve. Just guesstimating without knowing the rpm I'd say the peak torque is 220+ lb-ft at the wheels.

Thanks. Looks like the part number is 87240-14140. $125-140ish.

Do you know the part number of the entire assembly?

    Heater hose connecting part

Anyone know where I can get this part that the heater hoses go into? Part of mine broke off inside the hose so I'd rather get a new part than just clamp it back up and hope for the best. See third picture for location. Quite annoying to have a cloud of coolant steam coming out from under...

    Anime Recommendation Thread

Azumanga Daioh was okay, but not something I would recommend to others. Sure, it had a few good moments, but overall I found it rather boring and there were too many attempt of humor by repetition. I also didn't really like the main characters. The fact that Tomo was almost never reprimanded...

Whats your fastest highway mph ??

I think it is commonly accepted to use the highway as a frame of reference... If you wanted to be silly you could use yourself as the frame of reference and say you've never driven faster than 0 mph (or maybe a couple mph from jerking off in your seat).

Round 3 on my website ;)

I think you should be able to do that with DIVs and CSS. I believe there is a scrollable attribute or something. It's been a while since I've messed with CSS. I avoid frames at all costs.

Round 3 on my website ;)

Use PNG instead of gif of jpg for graphics. PNG supports variable transparency and is lossless. Use DIVs instead of tables: http://css-discuss.incutio.com/?page=TablesVsDivs

My "Going Wingless For Now" Mini Project. Final pics on pg3!

Looking good! Reminds me a lot of my old car, since it was the same color, 86.5-88, and wingless. Kinda funny because I recall you saying something like it looked naked without a wing back then. :)
