Command prompt can be accessed in XP by doing: "Start->Run...->cmd". Alternatively you can open telnet.exe and type "open towel.blinkenlights.nl".

I looked under my hood again today and the top of my water pump was damp/wet with coolant. It doesn't appear to be leaking from above (either the thermostat housing or upper radiator hose), or at least it wasn't damp there.
Yeah, I just need to get a water pump and find some time to install...
