sorry got another issue. there's also a w58 on a 2j, don't know what bell housing it is but looks like the w58. the problem is that the release fork is too short. anyone have this issue before? what release fork could i use?

i've personally seen this car run. it's a 2j, can't remember the specs on it though. The car is complete tube frame. Most of the drag cars like that in thailand are 2j and some are 1uz. from what i can remember, a lot of the drag cars run the t88 there. not only drag cars are 2j but volvos...

HC mainly has to do with how the fuel is burning so a cat will help lower that...what ever didn't burn in the cylinder should burn away in the cat....your high flow should work fine since I too have a random tec cat and passes HC. CO has mainly to do with your fuel. first lean it out to stoich...

I personally would go standalone, granted I run a MaftPro. It will cause you headaches at first to get it running correctly and daily drivable but in the long run less headaches. That's my 2 pennies.

i don't know what gauge set up you have but it just might be the connector from the sending unit to the gauge. I remember when i put my motor together i forgot to put the slide clip thing on the sending unit.

I'm on MAFTPro speed density. I finally got the 2500 to pass but my idle is not working. Supposedly the guy said that if I can get 2500 to pass again he will set the idle to 2500 on the check station so it will pass....don't know if that is true or not.
