the MKIII's AFM output is a frequency, a diode type FCD won't work.

eh. it's ALL about tires. the MKIII on snow tires does just fine....heck, i even pulled a few cars out of the ditch w/it....and as already stated, it totally depends on how well YOU can drive in the snow.

if you're referencing the original MAP ECU, the MAFT pro has more features/functions. the MAP ECU 2 is approximately the same as the MAFT pro.

i never said the EMS was the way to go. i merely said your attempt @ a comparison isn't a good one. no knock control on the MAP ECU 2.

what you've got is an apple to apple orchard comparo. the MAP ECU 2 is a piggyback, the EMS is a standalone. BTW- the cities FTW! ;)
