    External Wastegate Leaking?

HKS huh? Real one? Did you install the metal insert with it? There's an insert with a ring that protrudes into the valve creating a tight seal. It won't seal properly without it.

    Name that part.....

Ah, the ONLY VSV on the 1JZ..... Yes, it bolts underneath the intake manifold, and connects between the intake manifold, and charcoal canister. Prevents you from boosting into your gas tank.

    JZA70 Rad

The hydro fan temperature connector is a brown, round 2 prong plug, with a brown and a turquoise wire. They will be hanging down around near the A/C compressor, as that's where the sensor usually sits, in that corner of the rad. Like was said, get a Koyo rad, it will have the appropriate bung...

    2j oil pans?

3" is all you need to take out the JZ pans too. Unbolt the motor mounts, and you have enough clearance to take the whole pan off. I found it quite easy actually.

Revs stay up in 2,000-3,000 and don't go down??

Take teh tube off of the ISCV, and stick a cork in it. If it does down, your ISCV is bad.

    2j oil pans?

GTE pan has the turbo drain in it. He cannot use his GE pan for this reason. ALL 1JZ, and 2JZ GTE rear sump pans are the same. He just needs to order one from a 93TT Supra or something of that sort if it's going in a Supra.

    1JZ Inlet Manifold

1JZ plenum size is smaller than 2JZ plenum sizes. 1JZ plenums are a rectangular shape, while 2JZ are circle. Throttle bodies are the same size, or atleast very close. If you're looking to put a 1JZ mani on a 2JZ, don't. If you just one one to hack apart to fit on a 7M or something, go right...

    Need help with 1.5jz build

Like was said above, the main benefit is being able to re-use your 1JZ manifold and such. For example, I have a really nice HKS SS 1JZ manifold, and a custom exhaust to fit with my manifold and wastegate, it would cost thousands to replace those. Another lesser known benefit is head flow. The...

GReddy PRofec B Spec-II setting questions

If it's NOT bleeding, there is still a LITTLE bit of control based purely on the "lag" generated between the pressure source, and the wastegate merely by the modulation of the solenoid. You won't get nearly the control you should though.
