If it is a boost leak it must be coming on after a bit of sustained boost. If I trusted this turbo I would agree, but there are no boost leak sounds and nothing that has been found yet. I may just take the turbo into Alamo turbo and have them checkit over. If its having issues they can fix. If...
I have to double check but I believe it was tested at 14 psi.
The actuator didn't look new like my 57 trim did, so it may be the culprit. I'm just not sure how many problems can be linked to it. The hks bov (authentic) is recirculated and it was somewhat tuned on the dyno (my tach wouldn't give...
Tank is fresh 91 octane premium. I replaced the tank last year and fuel pump is new. Didn't change the fuel filter, but my car over fuels if I go to 35 psi.
lol... sorry.. Its just the way you worded it.. its like... "I walked in the door and noticed my house was broken into and everything was gone and my dog got out the door as soon as I opened it. Oh.. and I think my wife left me".
The gremlins really have it in for you it seems.
Okay, as most who have read my posts will know.. my car sits as follows:
Rebuilt short block (Wiseco Pistons 0.5 overbore, polished rods and crank), rebuilt head, 550 RC injectors, Denso MKIV Fuel pump, Aeromotive AFPR (set to 25 psi currently), DM 7MGTE Intercooler kit (CX racing actually)...
Jeff Lange would know (on these forums)
Also from a quick search, the part numbers would look identical on the 90 for manual or auto.
I'm not familiar with the ABS differences but I thought they were the same. They just varied by year.
Not sure though.
Google the specific part and compare...
+1 to this...
Nothing more disheartening then getting that custom FG or CF piece (like headlight covers) to find out that they are different thicknesses in different areas, don't quite go parallel to body lines and have been over sanded...
or to put a new tail on to find its 3/4" wider than...

(and the one before if you want)
I run 18x8 up front with a +35, so I think yours would fit well.
I considered the eBay DP, however, you get what you pay for. Any flange gets a lot of welding and needs to be done properly, there will always be some distortion due to the heat. Even with the Raptor DDP I had to cut the seperator off to machine the flange perfectly flat. I want no extra tension...
I have Raptor.. damn good work and coated inside and out. Not too loud, but it roars on the dyno.. lol.
You must be talking jz though.. fairly certain that BIC doesn't make 7M DP's anymore.
I agree.. the wideband is useless although it is a nice little "idiot light". It's what triggered me to ask about the 10.0 I was getting so early in the RPM range as that just seemed to be far too rich (and it was). So.. in that instance it was good, although in the end it would have been...
With. My fuel pump is a denso Mkiv fuel pump (same as walbro I believe, just quieter)
It was over feeding my injectors so I was going to 10.0 (or lower) at about 3400 rpm at WOT.
If your talking about setting it... it was set with the vacuum off. It operates with the Vacuum on (misunderstood)
The fuel pump is an easy job, just remember to lower the gas tank a bit to do it.
If your engine is as sound as you describe with a properly prepped and torqued MHG and OEM pistons your good to about 600 Hp at the crank. People tend to underestimate the 7M because so many are done poorly and...
