    Couple Of Diff Questions.

There is a seal behind that. Also oil can leak From here if that seal has worn a grove into it. There shouldn't be any play, That is torqued down to about 146, around that spec.

    tail lights

Have you replaced any taillights lately? If so did you use the two prong ones. Some people make mistakes and will use a 1 prong one, many things including tems, headlights, running lights, can be screwed up. How many running lights work correctly?

    Opinions on vacuum hoses

I would stick with OEM, I guess a good brand of silicone is not a bad idea, I did get the cheap stuff, so that was my fault.

    1jz, 1st gen, 2nd Gen. PCV

I have seen that the stock twins on the 1st gen 1JZ's seem to go bad. I guess the PCV sucks in a lot of oil and then destroys the stockers on the car. If I did cap off the stock hole it comes through and relocate it down the tube farther, basically what the 2nd gen has or further would this be...

    Opinions on vacuum hoses

Silicone, bad idea. Back when I am unintelligent, still say i am still :) I used silicone .. on my brake booster to manifold. it pinched and I lost braking power. I had to press so hard to stop.

Why is my New Clutch Slipping - proper break-in

XTD again is not a very good brand, you will run into problems, and I am sure ti was a 'good price' but sometimes spending the extra money saves you... If I were you I would pull it and inspect it, I am curious to see your findings.

coolent in oil but good compression

Well now you have a little of an idea of what is the problem. I blew my head gasket, and you would think you would have more coolant in the cylinders, well like you, I had oil in the cylinders. I took a cue tip with an wood kabob stick and went to each cylinder. I had more oil in there, but also...

Car stuttering and shaking codes 34, 43, 51, and 52

Codes: 34.) Turbo Pressure signal 43.) Starter Signal 51.) Air conditioner switch or neutral start switch signal 52.) Knock sensor signal The turbo that you had "rebuilt" is it a stock ct-26 or an upgraded one? An upgraded one with the stock wastegate will still make more power then a...

Hy that is great to hear you're doing this. I as well have plans to do this next year. I have a '92 Supra and I am swapping in a 1jz as we speak. I thought it would be a nice thing to do for the car. I am tired of the 7M, I am sure you may be on that path too. Well I hope everything goes...
