    engine noise

Most likly you don't have rod knock. It does not just go away. You did say you believe it is coming from the lower end though. Noises carry very well through metal, it is possible you're experiencing the valves making this noise.

Cometic gasket kit, a good deal?

I never use the oil pan gasket. I am really unsure why almost every company includes one.. These motors use a sealant for that, not a cork gasket. :3d_frown:

Afm bad? What should I do?

DO NOT* Spray the AFM! This is a Karmen Vortex style AFM. It's a mirroring type of Afm, that would be the worst mistake. If you need one, I have one and you can get it from me Ill just have to buy another one later in time.

Cometic gasket kit, a good deal?

The set I have uses Viton Valve stem seals, and a MLS exhaust manifold gasket. Until my gaskets I buy fail me! I will keep using them. Just because something si cheap doesn't mean it's Cheap.

    The supra's totaled! :(

See most people don't understand the structure of a car. That does not look bad, but can they see what is wrong on the inside? What if the gas tank brackets were broke, uhm? That would be a bummer. All I have to say is your trunk still lines up which is a good thing. Hopefully nothing was...

    7M pistons taking out

I like having the same person measure, and assemble my engines. The area for error is increased when you have many people work on the same thing. I am wondering why there would be two people building a motor anyhow. $0.02

    LSD leaking... Ideas?

When replacing the front seal on the dif make sure you torque the nut for the companion flange to the exact spec. If you do not then it will hurt your dif for being to tight. (:

See this is what I thought he meant. I was unsure and I hope he means the input which is the one to the engine. The output is there it connects to the drive shaft.
