I had a Centerforce DF clutch in my mid 12's Z28 last summer and it held like Babe Ruth and his bat, for the price that is. Thumbs up for the DF in general

tte, I think logan beat ya by a few posts heh. Check this out, it has some comparisons on the CT26 to some common turbos.

Thanks! I'm not looking for anything special, just to get my stuff to not look like @$$ basically haha. It was $5 a can and "says" it's engine enamel and it protects to 1200* so it has to be somewhat better than just spray paint.

Few toys to make sure my gauges don't blow anything up. Probably overdue, trying to find a 30amp relay switch in town but nobody has one! Head is getting professionally sonic cleaned and reassembled with new valve seals, dropped it off this afternoon and he said I can pick it up tomorrow...
But many on this thread are talking about the R154, not an auto. Take a look at the 2nd/3rd gen Z28's (my last car) with the T56-stock gearing was 3.42 and a common mod for higher power was putting 3.73 or 4.10 in back to get it moving quicker, even though top end would suffer. And we all know...
Did your battery blow up? Check all your fuses underhood and see if something didn't short out. Otherwise look for 10lb rock dents in the side of your car?

Thanks guys, tomorrow is the last day before Spring Break so we have been swamped with tests and papers. Hopefully I can get a lot more pictures tomorrow. I'm hoping to finish the motor by the end of Spring Break, all I need to do is buy a tool to reinstall the valvesprings (unless someone wants...
Little background... (I guess this is sort of a late introduction, too)
My first Supra. My friend has owned this car for probably 6 years and put maybe 5k miles on it. In the past 1 1/2 years I've been wanting this car very bad because I knew the true potential, but everyone was against it...
Weird, I was watching the Twins Turbo 1000hp Supra build on youtube and they set each ring clamped on a bench clamp with the gap end parellel to the table and just filed with what looked like a finger nail file. Did the same for mine and just installed them all yesterday. I figure if it worked...
What's your response knob set at on the VPC? Check this site it explains each knob in detail from HKS. Sounds just like what you're explaining if your TPS checks out okay.

Isn't this simply a cheaper counterpart to the XD-16 gauge or am I totally overseeing something when it says it will work with the Innovate LM-1 or LC-1? They have the round style too, it's on their website.

How much was it to reshape your rods? I've been trying to source new stock rod bolts from Toyota and everyone is telling me they have to piece together a whole set. (Didn't mean to threadjack)
-Chris
Do you still have the stock PCV system? That basically spits oil right from the valve covers to your turbo's accordian pipe which is a cause for oil in your intercooler. Get a catch can, that will solve your problem. Gasket scraper? If you're planning on getting a MHG take it to the machine shop...
