It's not the speeding or the racing that bothers me, it's the fact that they were doing it with 3 passengers in each car. Go kill yourself if you want, but not with 3 friends in the car. The vehicle is too heavy to control in high speed maneuvers with that much weight in it.

You will need the 550's to go with the big turbo like jdub said, plus some kind of fuel management.

On mine I used the Precision exhaust housing which is about $200. The gt4082 turbo can be purchased from Precision with their housing for under $1k iirc. The exhaust housing the gt4082 comes with could be used, but it just would not fit the manifold and downpipe I already had made for the 62-1.

So I'm flying out Friday night?:biglaugh: I wonder what the flight would cost? I could be there for a weekend, and I would not charge you anything. We could get everything straightened out on the wiring and the engine and turbo just fine.

Good job on the headgasket being the first upgrade! I kinda agree with Aye Mate, the 67mm would be a little too big, and all the ones he listed would work very well. Going with too big of a turbo can be as bad as one that is too small.
