I got this off of SupraStore.com, not sure if it completely true, but it comprises what I previously thought to be true. After looking back over this, I think it is more applicable for the MKIV, but maybe there are similarities with the 7M?

I believe (correct me if I am wrong) if you are using Toyota FIPG, it states on the package to assemble parts within 15 mins and that engine can be started immediately after assembly. That being said, I waited a hour the two times I have done it and it sealed great!
