is there really a gain in replacing the stock down pipe with this y-pipe. I mean the stock JZA70 is huge 3" inch down pipe. Anyone had dyno their 1j with the y-pipe to prove it?

MB competition wheels 16x8 25mm offset with the stock 225/50. Looks great though and the offset really made a difference in handling. I plan on replacing the tires with 245/45 in the next month or so. Car still looks like a sleeper even with the aftermarket wheels.

ain't nothing wrong with that I use it also (GL5 75/90 tranny and diff). My local Toyota mechanic said the same thing with synthetic lube. Just change the fluid every 12-15k.

Me and OneJoe have the same dyno numbers with the stock twins. He's on mine ecu and I am on stock ecu. The point is like it's been said before different cars reacts to the same mod or not. Even if you can afford to buy 2k worth of mod and the guy next to you spend 1k and he's got more hp...

The question that should be asked IMO is which MOD will yield more HP per dollar spent and if you are willing to spend that much on it not which one is BETTER. Do you agree?
