the cps is notorious for breaking wires. take a careful look at the cps wires as they get really hard and brittle from age. i bet its that also. if thats good, check to see if you are at least getting spark at the plugs.

you need to fix that check engine light before anything. i tried looking on the supra tsrm but didnt find code 11, so couldnt help you out much there. i doubt the bov will cause you problems like that esp if it was fine before the hg fix.
