Well all I can say is that I "HOPE"? JE followed the tech sheet and relieved the block. If not it's pull the motor and start all over.

This is the first I've heard of grinding notches in the block for the Pauter rods. Guess I'd better check to see if it was done. New about the oil pump drive shaft having to be turned down for clearance at high RPM...what a nightmare!

I like it but agree that the swoop at the ends looks a little off. Price is cheap, I paid over $400 for my Regulus rear. Guess we could see if Marcus could duplicate the Regulus if you like the look: Obviously it hasn't been painted but it fits really well. The center piece should work well...

I was just in JE today, they have 2 1JZ engines on pallets in the shop. I looked at one clip w/ an auto, the turbos were not mounted and I didn't ask about them. All you would need is a bell housing for the R154. They are in Baltimore-Rosedale off of Rt. 40-Pulaski Hwy. Phone# 410-686-5111 -Fred
