I think I blew my Headgasket...

I apologize for getting upset with you, I tend to get a little touchy about my car. And thank you for the compliments on my Supra. It's appreciated. As for checking oil, I did that and it's all nice and clear, just as it should be (changed oil last weekend). My hopes are high that I find a...

I think I blew my Headgasket...

Your an idiot, I asked if there was another way of testing for BHG other than the tester, I am not planning on taking shortcuts or anything, I just asked a simple fucking question. I was unaware that you could rent the tester and you guys just jump to conclusions that I am some sort of idiot...

Blown Headgasket Blues- The project begins

You need to tear the engine down and get the block machined if going the MHG route. It sounds like he is staying relatively stock, so OEM HG with proper torque and a checked/machined head will do perfectly fine.

I think I blew my Headgasket...

Yea, driving on the interstate, I look in my rearview to see if i can merge, and I noticed that some smoke was coming out of the exhaust. A few miles later, my low coolant light comes on, and right when I pull off the interstate, I begin to overheat. I shut it off and coasted to the nearest...

    Front Control Arm Bushing Question

Good, I need new bushings soon. Every time I hit the brakes, there was a distinct clunk in the front end, and when work got slow I had my co worker drive the car back and forth, hitting the brake, and you could actually see the upper control arm moving back and forth, its pretty bad. So has...

    Front Control Arm Bushing Question

Okay so my upper control arm bushings are shot on the passenger side up front. My question is, Is there any type of bushing that I should look into getting? I cant afford the polyurethane bushings from DM, but is there another afermarket set out there? Or should I stick with OEM?

    Its about that time...

It definitely is expensive. My other car is a 1991 Chevy Cavalier 2.2L 4cyl. Slow as hell, ugly as hell, but it gets decent gas mileage and everything works. Ill be a lot happier when I start seeing money staying in my bank account due to the Supra parked.

    Its about that time...

I know how it is to keep one of these running, it seems as though I'm always working on it. But the second I get behind the wheel I understand why I deal with the supa all the time. I have another car for a daily now so if its long term, do be it. Also after its done, it won't be my daily...

    Its about that time...

Well, I think its time to park the Supra in the garage and start driving the Crapalier... Between the oil leaks, loose front end, bad gas mileage, and countless more "little things" wrong with my car, I think I have decided to park it in the garage and start doing a rebuild, it will be...

Please help, Supra will not start
