350-450 is not that hard. hell an upgraded ct26 can get over 350. 450 can be had with pretty much every garrett or precision t4 with an ebay turbo manifold.

I would measure the thickness of the disc and check with spec to see if its in spec (ha) if its pretty worn I would get a new disc so you dont have to do this all over again sometime soon

I had a similar problem and it turned out to be the afm. But check all the fuses first and if you know someone who has an afm you can borrow swap it in, than check timing and compression. good luck
