In which situations is the ISC valve closed? I belive it is actively closing and open by default? Well at least mine is open when the engine is turned off.
My ISC valve is very dirty, most likely because it keeps getting exhaust fumes from the EGR. What should I use to clean it?
I think my check valve for the ISC valve is broken. I can both blow and suck air through the valve. On my buddies Supra it is only possible to blow air through the valve (from the outside to the inside of the plenum).

That is weird. You had the injector clips between the fuel rail and the valve cover?
We had to remove 1 mm of the fuel rail at each injector to be able to fit the plug.
I just come from a friend were we put a set of 550 cc RC injectors on his 7M engine.
After mounting them and putting the fuel rail in place it was impossible to plug in the injector plugs as they would hit the fuel rail.
Is this normal?

Could I run 255 / 35 / 18 in the front and 285 / 35 / 18 in the rear without problems without any fender roll or pull and with inner fenders in place?
I'm not sure but I put mine in the passenger side door. So on a JZA70 it might be in the passenger side too. There is a spot equivalent to the spot in the drivers side door where the window relay module is located.

I have a HKS FCON here that came with a D105 chip and a pressure sensor 949940-0730.
It also came with a harness for a 89+ mkIII.
The chip looks to be for use with 550 injectors and a VPC.
The problem is that the pressure sensor harness has been removed from the plug so I don't know...
