I got some subframe bushings from ronniek, and just wanted to know what type of grease to use, ive read a lot of people using something called silglyde and othe people saying just to use a lithium based white grease whats the best/correct grease to use? thanks

trying to replace the steering rack boot, but cant remove the tie rod, it has some sort of braket that is attached to it and spins at the same time, except that its hitting the subframe, anyone know how to remove it?
