i installed a pwr rad a few weeks ago and had a similar issue w/ the fan shroud, but i figure out how to fix it, you basically take a dremel and drill out some of the plastic so that the aluminum piece can fit into the plastic tab (see red area in pic) and then the shroud fits nice and easy,

yeah i was a little afraid at first, but worked like a charm, just cranked it once and heard the bolt crack loose now my issue is how do i torque it to 195
