damn! so i tried to do this this weekend but my (electric) impact gun is too big, even w/ the rad out, what can i use to hold the crank pulley in place,
on the repair manual it shows a special tool, so i went to autozone and they dont have anything,
any tips??
the front main seal alone is 21 at the dealer, but if youre gonna be in there might as well replace the other seal, and thatll run you 15 per cam seal,

i didnt want to start a new thread, but i have a small leak that's leaking from behing the lower timing cover, and before i start taking it all apart i want to have the replacement parts avail, is the only thing that usually leaks behing the lower timing cover the front main seal??

i wish i had pics, but i didnt take any when i redid the oil pan, but i know for sure it wasnt hardened fipg, it was solid hard black plastic, like what the timing cover is made out of
i heard a weird noise coming from the bottom of the engine and i thought it was rodknock but it turns it had a couple pieced of hard black plastic in there that were bouncing around, but where the hell did the plastic come from, any ideas???
yup, thanks guys, the white plug was the b2 plug, it was just stuck back there, still cant figure out the 2 wire plug, if its for the a/c then its ok, i dont really care too much, since i dont have an a/c compressor
just putting my engine back in and can seem to find where these plugs go, my ecu is already plugged in, but i cant seem to find where the white and yellow plug go???
is this rust in my radiator??
i drained the coolant and it all came out clean until the very end, it came out a little murky, could this have been caused by galvinazation, i checked the rubber mount and they all had rubber, no metal contact
