Has nothing to do with the brand, but how big the filter is. Putting the small of a restriction on that big of a turbo can cause failure. I've rebuilt countless of turbos from people using a stock filter or a small filter. http://www.turbobygarrett.com/turbobygarrett/air_filter

Jordan just let me know. We had Dustin's motor torn apart in minutes, thanks to Stevens awesome tools, and had all his stuff reassembled onto the new motor in no time. Bring the cams I can slap those in as well and check shim clearances while we're at it

If there is a 1jz into a supra, whatever brackets wheather oem or driftmotion or BIC, square or round mounts, they can come off and get put onto the 2jz, so the 2jz can drop in
