I have tried to rotate that double bolt bracket 180 and it doesn't work. Those 2 bolt surfaces are at two different elevations relative to the plain of the bellhousing mounting surface. This is true the joliroger's isn't bolted down.

I'm not sure if simply connecting the battery will work or not, but before you do that, put an inline fuse between the positive battery terminal and the power cable just in case something is grounded out somewere. You don't have to solder it, just something temporary so you know its safe before...

Is the viton coating still intact? I doubt it will be as it was crushed on to the block surface and the head surface. Which HG is it? I've resued by Stopper 3-4x times now and I'm holding strong.
