Sounds like a Voltage Spike through your system. If you have a Fusible link or Fuse, check either. Not sure which one applies to you. I'd say get in there and check to resistance with a Multimeter if you have the link.

Look at the TSRM EPC, it should have everything you need. Vacuum hoses, just buy bulk hose and measure, cut and replace them as desired. Pre-Molded Hoses, find the part number on EPC and order from Toyota. I would personally stay with an OEM gasket, if your plans are not too high. Especially if...
