youd have to either make an adapter or modify the header. personally, i think thats cleaner than an adapter.

couple different ways, but the most effective is a stand alone engine management system (such as the aem ems above).
reg in canada can also reprogram the ecu for a higher rev limit.
good job guys!
when adjusting the cam gears, you guys did recheck ign timing no?
just wanted to be sure. some guys get caught up in the moment and forget that.
yep there have been several versions.
the silver blue, limited black w/ ruby face and white numbers, and yet another black w/ blue display and blue numbers.
bryan-
just fyi. they no longer make lexan magic. it was taken over by a 3 piece set made by novus. supposedly that stuff rocks too, but havent tried it.
yes its the heat that causes the concern.
aeromotive told me the fuel gets heated by the pump and so long as you dont run the tank low it shouldnt be an issue. you could consider a fuel cooler as well.
i agree its def a to4e. but i dont think its the hks or t'netics upgrade. neither of those had v-band turbine housings from what ive seen. also, they were both internal gated, altho that could have been modified as well.
yeah i hear ya. that scratch resistant stuff is spendy.
if you did happen to get some scratches there is this stuff called lexan magic that works awesome. it was originally designed for aircraft canopies.
what horsepower goal do you have? what boost level?
what spool are you looking for? (what rpm do you want full boost)
how much are you looking to spend?
im a precision turbo dealer and can get anything they sell. let me know if i can help.
i had one when it first came out.
it worked ok. you have to bypass it tho since its designed to be open at idle. if you want to run open atm you need the stiffer spring.
its basically the RFL w/ a hose fitting and weaker spring.
it should hold pressure when the car is turned off for atleast a few min. if it doesnt the check valve in the fuel pump is going bad.
on hot starts the vsv should hold vac signal from the fpr.
when replacing the pump that problem should go away.
its common for rx7 guys to run huge a/r.
the turbo names are thrown around quite a bit on ebay. always check the specs against the real deal, even tho often the specs are very vague in the description.
that being said, i wouldnt ever buy one. im a little biased tho since i sell turbos...
