Good way to clean oil out of the plug wells is get a shop Vac with an attachment small enough to go into the hole and fit around the plug. Spray a bunch of degreaser in the wells and vacuum out. Clean rest of degreaser and oil out with water. Works awesome.

Yea 40mm is just fine. Although you could use a 44mm or 50mm if you wanted.

Leaking coolant doesnt necessarily mean you have a BHG. If you mean leaking like out of the resevoir then i can understand. Did you check for coolant in oil and oil in coolant? Overheats? Consumes coolant? White smoke?

When you do finally get it installed keep the car at 12psi or under. Fuel cut is at 13psi average and its not good.

Keep the coolant lines. I would replace the rear main seal. Make sure everything is nice and tight.

Used to do this all the time. Works good but gets frustrating when you cant get them as high as you want.
