Well i found out that my problem is that I have the Aristo tranny and the 2jzge tranny has the slip spline like the 7m does that is why it is able to be converted. As for the actual aristo tranny that comes with the 2jzgte it has a 3 bolt pattern that is bolted on the the output shaft.

Interesting I thought you had to have an electronic speed sensor fed to the ECU? I was going to do the same but doesnt the speed sensor also control the shifting of the transmission? Maybe there is a difference because your running a GE vs GTE

Well this weekend I finished up the powder coating thanks to Justin. I got the manifold back on and all hooked up. I just need to get a thermostat and put that in along with the clutch fan, fan blade and pulley. Also need to lift the motor put the oil pan on hook up the harness and slide it in...

No not really interested in the gaskets I need to save up for the custom drive shaft as I will be staying auto. Besides I dont see how they can make all that difference when there are coolant lines in the manifold. lol
Alright been a while but the updates are that I have degreased the outside of the motor and got the swap brakets on. I picked up a used jdm turbo and couldnt see spending 200 dollars extra on the USDM to only make 30hp more. So I got that back on the manifold and those will be going back on...
