Stock boost is 10psi. Stock injectors are 380cc. I was hitting 94% duty cycle on my stock injectors, with stock turbos at 15psi, but I think that was partially due to the fuel pump.

Remove the tensioner, then remove the cam gears. You can then move teh timing belt out of the way without taking it all apart. I've done it before.

The epoxy has dried, and everything still moves freely. The switch doesn't bind against the trim, which I was worried about. Then I watched some Top Gear, and took a nap, so I didn't actually do any more work today.

Hits 18psi at 3800rpm on the 1.5JZ. Was doing about 4600rpm on the 1JZ. That's with 272 cams, and a .81 hot side.

You can re-use the car too. I hear the steering rack works as well. Radiator, and A/C lines too. Oh, and headlights :)

I run 18psi on my GT40, but I want to bump it up to 22. I want a third useless gear :)

I know you can do that. I've actually been told that AE86 relay assemblies have the functionality built in. I did it because I wanted the look of the two OEM switches.

I think they're both cast due to the oil passages in them.

They're the same size. Only one of them has a wastegate though. You'll have to deal with that.

I had always thought it was a standard JZA70 torsen, but I have a suspicion it may have been upgraded at some point, as it's still in one piece. Maybe I should pull it out and inspect.
