I sent a sample of cloth from my old arm rest where the material looked pretty good and told him to match it. I'm going to send him an e-mail and find out what's up. I'm probably going to mail it back to him at his expense to have him re-do it. Mine should look exactly like yours.
Just got my arm rest back from Bespoke Auto Interior in Illinois and it looks pretty good, although I'm a little unhappy with the bulge in the side of it. I would prefer it to be flat.

Yes it will. The side mirrors from 86.5-92 all attach without a problem. The only issue between the years is that Toyota changed the wiring connector for the mirrors in 89 (I believe, but I'm not 100% sure). So you may be able to screw on the mirrors from any year, although the wiring...
