    IAC/ISC(idle air controller) operation advice...

Err... what? If you're running MAP, put a filter on the ISC and call it done.

    Record!

It's not - thus the quotes around street. However, they still pretend it is... take off the chute, put on regular wheels, put the headlight back in, etc, etc, and you can technically drive it on the street. I don't think they do - I'm pretty sure I recall that it shows up on a trailer for...

That's what mine looks like on the top, too, Dirgle.

True, however, Boostlogic doesn't even try to pretend that theirs is a street car.

    Rear window defog debugging

No, the heated mirrors are not universal. Nor were the headlight washers, or seat heaters. It is not at all difficult to figure out whether you have them... turn on your rear window defogger, wait a minute, and touch the mirror glass. If it's hot, you have 'em.

daily drivable 350whp max instant boost

Ian (IJ) ran one for a while... he took it off again, and I don't recall the reason.

    Have you named your supra(s)?

The mistress... it competes for time, attention, and funds with my wife. Sounds like a mistress to me. And what's wrong with sex machine???

    Lexas AFM - NA??

The stock GTE AFM really isn't an airflow restriction, unlike the ones from the DSM world that spawned the original MAFT converters.

    Rear window defog debugging

Looks like it may be another case of differences between various countries, I guess. Here's a couple pictures of the underside of a Canadian hatch - this isn't the car with the problem, it's my other '89, and it works fine. Both cars appear to be exactly the same in the way of wiring.

    Rear window defog debugging

Just tried that... same symptoms, though. Looks like that's there to isolate the signal coming in through the antenna built into the glass from the power to the defogger... maybe to get rid of interference? Still can't find the damn thing... I don't think so, seems like that would have...

    Rear window defog debugging

Ok, I'm at a bit of a loss here, folks. My rear window defog doesn't work, and I can't figure out a logical reason why. Here's what I know so far: - The defog in the mirrors works, and it pulls off the same circuit according to the TEWD. That rules out the defog circuit breaker and relay...

help me see at night please

The Supra - like most japanese imports - use a switched ground system for the headlights, as opposed to domestics, that use a switched power system. So looking for power on the headlight terminals is going to be less than effective in most cases. :) As you've learned, you need to look for...

daily drivable 350whp max instant boost

I'll chime in here with a couple things. First, Jeff is a great guy to do business with, I've been very happy and will continue to shop with him. Second, it is possible to get a turbo that spools *too* fast. You do not want to turn your accelerator into a switch - either on or off, with it...

    Need tech help- computer infected

Personally, I'm in the reformat camp. A reformat takes under an hour, and pretty much guarantees a clean machine at the end of the process. (Infections that can survive a format are extremely rare in the field.) Dicking around trying to repair the existing setup takes much longer - unless it's...

    Zeitronix Narrowband Simulation

Yes, it can be removed. You'll need to put a resistor between the two wires to the heater circuit, or the ECU will whine and complain.

    Collets / Retainers

Yes, I use grease to stick 'em to the valve stem. Then compress the spring a little too far, so they go onto the stem where they'll end up, and release the pressure on the spring gently. Works pretty well, I only had one collet launch itself into obscurity somewhere in the garage.

    Removing cruise-control guide?

The vacuum lines and wiring for both are in the same location, so chances are you unplugged either the vacuum line or the wiring to the boost sensor.
