is this always the case i know a few people who have done a metal head gasket without doing the block just cleaning the hell out of it. im buying the parts tonight i want to do a MHG because i dont exactly plan on 500hp soon but i know i have this mod addiction SO I MIGHT AS WELL DO THIS ONE...
If it is a bhg would it continue to blow out white smoke ? I had turned on the car and drove it about 3 miles with no white smoke or any overheating tod/ first time it had been on in 2days.
That he did I am going to ahead and fix it. Guess I'm going to go with a stock HG and studs after getting head machined. Anything else I'm missing while doing this that should be replaced?

For example going with this since i already have the R-154 what else do i need beside small stuff like hoses what big parts will i be missing?
And if i buy one thats auto what will i have to change to make it manual in the wiring is it the same as doing it on a 7m just a NS switch bypass...

How much is it to get a head machined on avg? And going with a stock head gasket isn't gonna make me run into problems in the future again? When I start Modding the car more? I know torque it above specs helps but will it last?
Would you trust this as a replacement?

OK so earlier today my car was overheating I found out it was low on water so I added some and it hadn't over heated since. I drove the car about 20miles fine turned it off for about 2hours and came outside turned it on and it was dumping tons of white Somme for about 2blocks and went away...
It overheated on street fan clutch has about 4k miles on it max

The guage went all the Way up overflow filled but didn't dump water. It wasn't smoking and did not take but 2 minutes for fan to sit off and to take all the water back from overflow
