Toyota won't go down this road because they are smart enough to realize that insulting / suing their customers isn't a good business practice - a lesson that the music and movie industries cannot seem to grasp.
That's not warped, that's waffled. Should still be repairable, though - better check the cylinders for being waffled too, though.
For pistons, you can't beat JE imo.
Furthermore, studs need the bolt holes cleaned first using a bottoming tap. It's tough to find one long enough to do that with the head still on...
I *have* seen guys do this with ARP bolts, but I'm with IJ on the uselessness of it.
