you are putting more load onto the engine, so its working harder and getting hotter...maybe because the condensor is infront of the rad, so when you have the ac on and the condensor is getting hot, its taking away cool air from the rad..???

if i do replace the harness, i wont have a problem with the pre89 harness on the 89 engine right? I would if it was the other way(post89 on a pr89)

Well there it is, the options I have...im swapping over 89 turbo into my 87 na, one problem is that i have a gray plug harness/ecu, my options are pretty much limited.... I can re-pin, my and my friends dad can do it...we both have experience, any reason to stay away from that? i can...
